We focused on understanding the challenges faced by drivers when tackling vehicle maintenance. Through user research and journey mapping, we identified pain points like lack of confidence, accessibility of tools, and unclear instructions. By integrating AI into a familiar tool—a work flashlight—we combined functionality with innovation, ensuring usability in real-world scenarios.
